Chicago Blues Society was founded on the premise that Chicago Blues is a fundamental and significant art form that is not only historically important but is still relevant to the cultural scene both in the United Sates and abroad. 

Our goals are multi-fold:

• To increase awareness and get in front of a new audience both domestically and abroad through our website and social media
• To keep our musicians alive through health, wellness, and prevention outreach
• To liaise with schools, educators, and parents to promote Blues in Schools

Our long term goals include the continuation of our existing programs with the addition of building a learning and performing arts center that will promote musical education and feature a permanent home for performers of all ages.
